Privacy Policy
We sell data sovereignty, so it would be strange to run a website that quietly harvested yours. This page is a plain-English account of exactly what this site collects, what it doesn't, and who else can see it.
The most important part, first
This policy covers our website. It does not cover client data in our engagements, because we generally never receive that data at all. Our work involves building AI models that run on your infrastructure, trained on your data, in your environment. Our free Data Readiness Scorecard runs on your own machine and returns only anonymous counts and categories, never file contents, file names, or paths. See Custom AI Models for how that works.

What this website collects
1. Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-L3HNBWCWQE) to understand which pages and articles are useful and which channels bring people here. It sets cookies in your browser and collects:
- Pages you view, and when.
- Approximate location (country/region level), derived from your IP address. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.
- Device, browser, operating system, and screen size.
- How you arrived: search engine, referring link, or campaign tag.
- A small number of interaction events, listed below.
The interaction events we record are deliberately limited to whether someone showed interest in talking to us:

These record that an anonymous visitor clicked something, not who you are.
2. The Scorecard request form
If you request the free Data Readiness Scorecard, we collect what you type into the form: your name, work email, company, industry, and optionally your role and a short description of what you'd like AI to do. We use it to send you the scorecard and to follow up about it.
That form is hosted on our own server, so it does not use a third-party form service, so your details are not passed through another company on the way to us. Submissions are stored in a file that is not reachable from the web, and we record only a one-way hash of your IP address (used to block automated spam), never the address itself.
3. Booking a call
Our booking calendar is an embedded Google Calendar appointment page. If you book, the details you enter (such as your name and email) go to Google and to us through Google's scheduling service, under Google's Privacy Policy. We use them to prepare for and hold the call.
4. Contacting us
If you email us, we receive whatever you send, and we keep the correspondence so we can pick up the conversation later. Email is not encrypted end-to-end, so please don't send sensitive or regulated data (PHI, CJI, export-controlled material) by email. If you need a secure channel, ask and we'll arrange one.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Ever.
- We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels.
- We do not use session recording, heatmaps, or mouse-movement tracking.
- We do not use browser fingerprinting or cross-site tracking.
- We do not enable Google Signals or ad personalization in our analytics.
- We do not attempt to identify individual visitors or the companies they work for.
Third parties this site contacts
Loading a page here causes your browser to make requests to these services, which will see your IP address as a normal part of serving the request:

That is the complete list. There are no other trackers, tags, or embedded scripts on this site.
Cookies
The only cookies this site sets are Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_G-L3HNBWCWQE), used to tell repeat visits from new ones and to group a visit into a session. They expire after two years. There are no advertising cookies.
You can refuse or delete them at any time through your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Nothing on this site requires cookies to work, and blocking them costs you nothing.
How long we keep things
- Analytics data: retained by Google for 14 months, then automatically deleted.
- Scorecard requests, emails, and booking records: kept as long as needed for the conversation or engagement, and deleted on request.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. This includes residents of the European Economic Area and the UK (GDPR) and of California (CCPA/CPRA).
In practice we hold very little: analytics data that isn't tied to your identity, plus any email or booking correspondence you initiated. To make a request, email awarenesssoftwaregroup@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days. We will not charge you for it, and we will not ask you to justify it.
Data location
We are a United States company and our website and email are operated in the United States. If you contact us from outside the US, your information will be processed there.
Children
This site is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. We keep the information we do hold to the minimum needed, which is the most reliable security measure available: data you never collect cannot be breached.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect, we will update this page and revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be described here rather than quietly swapped in.
